A wonderful cheese combination
This “tasting trio” is wonderful! The cheeses are sealed to preserve their freshness & flavor. Care instructions and special papers to wrap them in, once opened, were also provided. I’ve enjoyed the experience of getting to try the different aged cheese. Beyond sampling the cheese, I’ve also made Italian soups & sauces recipes which are much better with these authentic cheeses. The flavor is so rich and wonderful, it is an enjoyable experience! Buon appetito!

Good product.
While I've never spent that much money buying cheese, by the oz and comparing to the small ten dollar wedges at the grocery, this was a tremendous value for a great product.
