Does the axe have a protective cover so all the Karens on the hiking trails don’t freak out?

Yes it has a semi hard rubber cover. Mine does not fit well or snap together well. Does nothing to hide the fact it’s an axe. Karen will freak out.

Is this long enough for a 6’5” man to use?

No, I'm 5'10". I removed about 1 inch off of end to make into a functional cane. I have a 32" inseam, so unless you are all body and no legs I don't think this will work for you. The base is egg shaped so would also be difficult to make an extention unless you are a skilled craftsmen. To bad though, it really is a cool cane.

Does the bottom have anything that’s sticky so it won’t so slip on tile floor. Traction in other words....thank you for the time to answer the wuestio

No it has a semi-rigid plastic end cap. Mine seems to have good traction on a laminate floor but I would not trust the end cap for long term use or multi-surface traction. You can put a rubber cap on but it does not come with one.
