Pioneer quality, but nothing overly impressive.
Pioneer brand is always capable but not always overly impressive. This one delivers what it claims if you know their language and don't expect too much. Overall good sound and nice look. Lacks in beefiness and I'm not a fan of the terminals. It is an entry level amplifier that can be purchased at Wal-Mart so I always take these products with a bit of speculative curiosity. Still Pioneer quality just not the most impressive item in their arsenal.

Dead on arrival
The car I originally purchased this for wound up having engine failure so this amp has been sitting unopened for quite some time, I just recently tried to install it in my new car and it won't even power on it's dead, I've installed plenty of amps in my time and I know for a fact it is not user error, this product is just defective but unfortunately it is too far past the return window so I have no choice but to bite the bullet and take my loss
