Solid sturdy product that makes great lines along sidewalks and driveway.
Great product. I get frustrated every time I attempt to use weedeater or edger attachment for my weedeater to make defined lines along my driveway and sidewalks. Read reviews and bought this product. Is very sturdy and easy to use. It does take some time do to small footprint, but if it were any bigger it would be more difficult to penetrate dirt. Very happy so far.

Sturdy edger, but requires some elbow grease
The media could not be loaded. Picked up this manual edger to tidy up my lawn edges. Gotta say, it does a pretty neat job once you get the hang of it. The blade's sharp enough to slice through tough grass and even some small roots. That wide foot platform's a winner - lets you put your whole weight into it for those stubborn spots. The long handle's great for my back, no more hunching over like a garden gnome. But it's not all smooth sailing in lawn land. This thing takes some serious muscle power, especially on harder soil. The saw-tooth edge is handy, but can get gunked up with dirt pretty quick. While the handle's long, it could use some extra padding - my hands were feeling it after a long session. The blade's not adjustable, so you're stuck with one depth for all your edging needs. And while it's sturdy, it's also on the heavy side - bit of a workout lugging it around the yard. Overall, it's a solid tool if you're after a clean edge and don't mind putting in some work. Good for smaller yards or folks who enjoy a bit of garden exercise. Just maybe not the best choice if you've got acres to edge or aren't up for a bit of manual labor.

Bolts tear up your legs/pants
The edger works good, except the bolts are sharp and tear up my legs and pants. I will look for one that is one piece and does not require bolts in the middle of handle. POOR design.

Edger Lawn Tool
The media could not be loaded. Because of the long handle, which is 38 inches in length, I am able to effectively undertake edging duties without having to bend down excessively or put unnecessary pressure on my back. The T-grip handle provides a pleasant and solid grip, which increases the likelihood of achieving accurate control with each stroke. However, the saw-tooth edge is what actually differentiates this edger from others. Gone are the days when you had to struggle with blades that were dull or cutting that was inefficient. There is no difficulty in cutting through even the most stubborn roots and the most overgrown grass with the serrated edge, which results in lines that are clear and crisp, which immediately improve the overall look of my lawn. I have to confess that at first, I had some reservations about the edger's form, which was shaped like a half moon. Having said that, after putting it to use for a few weeks, I've come to see the brilliant nature of it. The curved shape makes it possible to go around curved edges and borders in a fluid and smooth manner, which ultimately results in a polished and professional-looking finish that would make any gardener proud.

Ok for the price
This tool serves the purpose however your limited to only using 1 foot to use as leverage to dig into ground. I will keep this but if I’d had to do it again I would get the type that allows you to use both feet to dig into ground.
