It is helped my back tremendously used it twice a day did stretches as well went to the second level after using it on the first level for a while my back is now back to normal did not have to go to physical therapy or a chiropractor for my back saved me a lot of money and time and it really works would highly recommend it anyone with back problems and very inexpensive and does a wonderful job of helping your back at least in my case very satisfied customer have also recommended it to some other people and purchased it again for one of my tenants who is quite happy with it as well you cannot go wrong with this product just use it the way it supposed to be used and you eventually will see results hope that helps you guys out as far as making a decision to buy this product highly recommended and have no more pain now I am back to normal took a couple weeks to work the best part it will definitely relieve any pain you may have very easy to use and don’t forget to do the other stretches as well that will also help with the product good luck to everyone hope you all feel better soon

Saw on TikTok and decided to order since everyone seemed to promote it as a back cracker. My back barely cracked, but did get a good stretch, ultimately ended up returning it because what I really need is something to crack my back. If you’re just looking for a back stretcher it is great!

I purchased this for my husband because he has back pain/problems. His chiropractor told him to do stretches in between visits so I felt like this would really help. I feel like it does a good job on elongating/stretching the back. The title says something about being a back cracker but his back never cracks whilst using it. I’ve tried it a couple of times as well and no cracking. It does take a little getting used to. The first time my husband or I used it, we couldn’t stay on for the recommended time (I think it was 5 minutes). Both of our backs started cramping up before the time was up. Even on the lowest setting. I think it’s just because we weren’t used to it. However, since then we’ve been able to use it the recommended amount of time and it does feel pretty refreshing. I recommend this product if you want to feel a nice decent stretch in your back.

This product is simple and straight forward. Strong plastic etc. it’s not a product for a “weaker” person as the plastic is pretty firm and hard to form to snap into place but that’s a given. It’s a little spikes which may hurt some people and it didn’t pop my back as I thought it would. As for the product it’s self it’s a well made and nice product. It does relieve pain until you get off of it then it just happens all over again. Maybe that’s just me tho….. however I did find the product to be cheaper at grocery outlet so that was a bummer. Overall it is a good product and is not flimsy so if your worries about it breaking… don’t! I would however recommend to friends because as I said it relieves the pain for the time of use!

I have nerve pain that runs down my left leg from my lower back and some in my left lower ribs depending on how I sit. After watching a Dr. Berg video about Sciatica pain, I knew with the Nervive and this, it was gonna get better. 5 minutes a day, not first thing in the morning, let yourself time to wake up so it feels more natural as you rest on it, arch your back, legs comfortably out and arms above your head, just rest and breathe so you can reset your spine. It helps a great deal, especially since we sit more than we’re up and then we’re always walking around but even when we’re laying down the back isn’t straight, it has a natural curve and I feel relief when I use this. Week 2, on beginner setting, the small crunches in my spine have stopped. Next week, I’m going to set it to intermediate and start over. Happy with the results.
