I bought this kit because as a young girl in the ‘80’s, I never got Lego kits as gifts. I had to ask my older brother if I could play with his Legos. My plan was to build the castle then let my daughter, who is too young to build it, play with the figures and such.I enjoyed putting this kit together, but bag #8 was missing a piece. Took off one star because for the price, quality control should have made sure all the pieces were included.I was provided extra pieces - 2 noses for Olaf, an extra ice skate and some others. That was a nice gesture. However, I’d prefer all the pieces listed in the manual to be provided.Update: I went to the Lego customer service site and filled out a quick, simple form to replace the missing piece. It arrived within a few business days. Very impressed with how quick and easy it was. Great customer service from a quality brand.

I got this for a friend who loves Frozen. It will be a nice activity for her this winter. Really gorgeous, detailed, big, so impressive!

We bought this for my 5 year old (yes I know it’s 14+), but she absolutely loves it and it is not that complicated to put together. She’s part way through with minimal support and loves spending time on it each day! It is definitely her favorite Christmas present this year! Oh, and the fact that it comes with Snowgies makes her super happy! Haha!

i had to call lego support to replace my bag. guy said it normally doesn't happen but i guess i just got a dud. he said it could happen with 3rd party sellers like amazon (if it isn't straight from lego) but they sent me the bag for free. overall im so happy with it.

Love the set, so far. Rec'd as a gift.Like many I freaked out because of missing pieces from Step 3! I went thru the manual and noted every piece I was missing and prepared to call Lego. I saw a few reviews and decided to look in the larger Step 4 bag and there were my missing pieces! As you can see it is exactly the pieces missing, it just got in the wrong bag.So don't panic, check Step 4 first!
