This product has a very mild salt solution in it. It cleans out your nose and gives you some moisture if it’s dry. It doesn’t irritate your nose.

I love this product--it is safe to use and lasts quite a while. My only issue with it is that the sprayer doesn't fit really well. I talked to the actual company, so I am hoping they can remedy this. I plan on continuing to use tis product indefinitely.

It took me a long time to start using the first can I got but since using it I don't know how I got along without it. I use it when ever my nose gets dry or when I've gone out and been around a lot of people to help cleans my nose. It helps clear up my stuffy noses too...so I ordered the three pack and my husband is now using it too.

This is the best of all of the nasal/sinus washing products I have tried. A lot of them are pure saline or different concentrations of saline, and they will all work, but Ancient Secrets is the only one I have found that is pure sea water (and hasn't been so processed that it might as well be saline). When it gets into your nose, you will be able to smell the ocean (and if you allow it to get into the back of your throat, you will also taste the ocean)! It's great for me because every time I use it, it brings back great memories of the Carolinas. And no matter how stuffy or irritated my nose may be, after using Ancient Secrets, it will be clear and calm. I love it.

This is an easy product to use and it lasts as a congestion stopping product and very easy to slip in a purse or backpack. Very effective as well.
