Sent USED Item, Charged for NEW Item!

Love this piece, is as pictured and described. However, the 3 stars are due to the fact that they charged me for a new piece, but sent me a used item instead! The box top was missing and taped over, to let me know it was previously returned, but again, pretty shady, they didn't tell me it was an open box item, and still charged me for a new one.NOT HAPPY about that!And a note to the company: it's never too late to credit me some money for the USED open box item, when you CHARGED ME FOR A NEW ONE! Step up, this is a shady practice, and I will order from you with more caution next time, if at all.
