Plant based clean!
I'm so thankful to have found this nail brush after searching high and low for a natural plant based one! I'm glad its made from sustainable wood as well! I've had mine for about 1.5 years and only a tiny bit of mildew has formed at the bottom end, but nothing I can't clean off and it's not near the cactus bristles either! The bristles are still firm too, which is awesome since I brush my hands and fingernails throughout the day!*Tip: Air dry this brush (all wood/bamboo items really) on a rack with air flow, do not keep this sitting in a puddle of water or any place that can form moisture, like bathroom and kitchen counters, qnd do not leave it in the tub/shower or closed off bathroom! If they added a hemp rope to it I would hang it, but I'm lucky to have a lot of shelves to place it on where it gets completely dried before the next use. If you have a patio are sunshine is also a great dryer/cleaner too! I'll def be ordering another one once this bites the dust! Hooray for no animal or plastic in a nail brush!

Excellent, top quality, made in England
Excellent, top quality. Exceeded my expectations. Solid hard wood handle, bristles quite stiff. Gets under nails (male), and the long side is stiff for good scrubbing. I looked at many, many brushes and the reviews were sketchy. (Clumps of bristles falling out, rust appearing from bristle clusters, bristles too soft. etc.) This one had many or all 5 star reviews so I opted to pay more (about $10 at the time).Made in England.Highly recommended.*Update* I've had it four months now and with light use (not every day) It hasn't lost a single bristle and is still stiff and going strong. It also floats. It's one of the finest products I own, perhaps because it as made in England. I'm thankful quality products are still made. I just ordered two more. Again, Highly recommended.

Very firm nail brushes
I like these nail brushes because they are so firm that they really can get garden dirt out from underneath my nails and around my cuticles. Then again, they are so firm that I have to rub gently, especially if I have a cut on my hand or a sore cuticle. I keep one by my kitchen sink and one in my bathtub because I also use these to scrub the cuticles on my toes and I find it very exfoliating. I also use to clean underneath my big toenails if necessary, especially in the summertime with all the flip-flop wearing and walking around in my garden.

Poor quality
Wood cracked after the first time the brush got wet.

Wonderfully Effective product.
Great product. The natural cactus bristles are hard to handle any pressure I put in my fingernails. It’s double sided to use on fingernail and toenails. I love the product.

Finally, stiff enough bristles!
It seems so difficult to find a hand/fingernail brush with stiff enough bristles to clean well enough under the fingernails. These really do the trick! I bought two, one for each bathroom sink. Some reviewers complained about the wood housing cracking, so I was concerned about that. One of the two I bought does show some slight cracks in the wood but only slight. And the other is completely solid. I think if I keep them safe from standing water, they will be fine.

The dog ate it
Ha ha ha! I can only imagine how great it would have been but a mini poodle named Poppy destroyed it before I ever got to use it.

Cracks immediately when getting wet
The brush I have is losing bristles and looks kinda gross so I purchased a new one recently(Feb 2023.) Pictures show the 5 1/2 year old lightly used brush that was kept in a wire basket in the shower, next to the new one that I barely splashed some water on...it cracked immediately. You would think they would use a better quality wood. Its a decent brush for gardening but not for greasy work on the car in my opinion. I'm going to store the new one out of the splash zone in hopes it stays a bit more presentable.
