Portable and great sound!
I was a novice with amps but have now used this busking and for a small venue performance and more than powerful enough for both scenarios. Great sound! Bought the Bluetooth adapter separately, but I haven’t really used it that much. Use the output lead into my laptop for recording with Audacity. This amp has done everything I wanted from it! Recommend!

Great amp for busking, practice and small gigs
Unbelievably light and portable, with good range of electric and acoustic guitar sounds, mic input and effects. Loud enough to used for rehearsal with a drummer and for small venue gigs - it also has a line out so can be used through PA and as a monitor. I’m delighted with this amp.

great sound, but.
The sound is amazing and is light, can be used for recording great guitar tones but static sounds when using the power supply lets it down badly, if using the batteries its great.

Unusable for backing tracks – no bass at all
I bought the Roland Cube Street II specifically for street performances with saxophone and backing tracks. The build is excellent, it's lightweight and looks great — but it doesn’t do the full job. While the sound is clean and instruments/vocals come through well, there’s one major issue: when playing backing tracks via Bluetooth or AUX, the bass is practically nonexistent. Kick drums vanish, low-end energy disappears, and the overall mix feels thin and unbalanced. This isn’t just a matter of personal taste — I compared it directly with a much smaller Soundcore Motion Boom Plus, and that portable speaker delivers a much fuller and deeper low end.It feels as if Roland intentionally filters out the bass from backing tracks, perhaps to highlight live instruments. But that choice makes this amp unsuitable for solo performers who rely on full-sounding minus tracks, especially in noisy outdoor environments. If you're doing purely acoustic sets, it might work for you. But if you need to play backing tracks with proper bass, this unit will likely disappoint. Also the BT-Dual Bluetooth adapter is not included and must be bought separately.Return.

Ay oh, let's go!!
Sold my Marshall stack for several reasons...Not practical to move aroundUnable to turn it up (upstairs neighbours)Wanted something more practical and this was it! Though I still can't turn it up as I soon get a knocking at the door and met with sour faces :/funny though that it seems to be ok for upstairs neighbours to use a hammer drill at 10am on a Sunday morning... Anyway I digress...Have had bass guitar plugged into channel 1, elec guitar in channel 2, and another elec guitar into the aux in (via a zoom pedal which also had iPad connected for backing tracks) so there's definitely versatility with this, and I can move it around easily! Maybe some day I'll get a mic.Me and the teen have had some fun outside with it, testing one night in one of the local underpasses just for fun (reverb!!), and then a couple of hours in town centre with some backing track busking! He even made a few quid in his hat.Grunge/metal/punk probably isn't the most lucrative for busking on a Sunday afternoon in a small shopping centre. But we didn't get ASBO'd either, so

Great little amp.
Bought this for busking for a charity. Very good quality amp, controls are clear and responsive. The Bluetooth function was a bit hit and miss at first, but I persevered with success. Overall sound is very good, especially the chorus effect. My main criticism is the extra cost for the Bluetooth plugin accessory. Many portable amps have it as standard.
