Yes, these have non slip on the inside. I love using them because they don’t slip, they stay in place!

Are these stretchy enough to do things like banded clams or banded monster walks?

Absolutely! They are tight and will not stretch out like latex, so you will get great resistance! Best part is no bruises from latex cutting into your thighs.

Can they be stacked on each other like the thin latex ones?

I don’t think you would want to do that. The resistance on these is much greater than latex ones.
