Hot flashes have vanished
I take this along with sage capsules and together they've helped reduce those damned hot flashes considerably.I find the combination of these two really good.I did try black cohosh and red clover but not sure they did anything, they helped a little bit but not enough.Each woman will probably have to experiment with different supplements.I'm also taking vitamins D3 and K2, the entire B complex and magnesium bi-glycinate (many people are deficient in magnesium!).
