Overpriced good value.
$200 for a bottle of fungicide? Yikes! If you have Pythium eating up your beautiful lawn, it might be worth the ransom. Common herbicides will not work.To have 4 or 5 thousand square ft of lawn commercially treated for Pythium will run about $90 - $100 in my region of North Carolina. It only takes 1 ounce per thousand sq ft to treat. This bottle of Subdue MAXX contains 32 ounces; and it can be applied using a ten dollar Ortho Dial-N-Spray dispenser by the homeowner.Might not pay off the first time; but a bargain if you are looking for future prevention or remediation.Pythium is a fungus that occurs during warm wet weather. Starts off looking like patches of "spider webs" on turf. Quickly progresses to resemble "dryer lint" covering grass blades. Then becomes fatal root rot.Subdue Maxx can be purchased at a lower price from other suppliers; but when time is of the essence, this item can be delivered to your doorstep almost immediately.

Something that actually works
So happy to have found this. After battling pythium blight for years, I have found a fungicide that actually works. Worth every penny.

Best of Many
Tried Copper soaps, Cleary's 3336 and was about to lose very valuable Dogwood Bonsai trees. 9 drops of subdue in a one gallon hand pump sprayer did the trick. Sprayed leftover mixture on the soil.
