I brought this product ahead of my hysterectomy and it proved invaluable. It made travelling so much more comfortable. Since then my mum has used it after various surgery making it great value.

Bought for a friend having a hysterectomy and wish I had known about these when I had my c-section.The quality is lovely, and it does what it needs to. I bought a heat/cold pack along with it and it is brilliant. My friend has said it’s the best thing anyone could’ve bought her. As her recovery has progressed, it’s also been used for pre menstrual cramps by her daughter.

Comfortable and protecting I take it everywhere with me

Highly recommend. Had subtotal hysterecomy on 10 October, the seatbelt cushion certainly came in handy and felt really comfortable across the abdomen with seat belt across. The filling even felt warm from own body heat which made it feel much nicer. I did not use any additional hot or cold inserts but this is a nice feature if you need it. Thought it was a bit pricy but on looking at the stitching quality and features then you can tell it would have taken some time to make. Not seen anything similar.

I purchased this for my mam after her hysterectomy and she swears it was the only reason she managed the journey home after her surgery. She used it while in the car for the first couple of week after the surgery and said it was very helpful!

I was really surprised and disappointed at this. It shows pockets that you can open to put a heat pad in. There are two zips either side, you open them and it’s stuffing inside! There’s no ‘compartment’ to put in the heat pad, the instructions on how to wash it are to entirely remove the loose stuffing then refill it again, not a joke! Things like this just should not be on sale especially for this expensive price. This also would add zero protection from the lap belt. If you do order it make sure you select the ‘hide what’s inside’ packaging because not for one minute did I think it would come in shrink wrapped plastic with a huge sticker on it saying it was a hysterectomy pillow, I don’t really want people to know this.

Very poor quality would make better with material and padding padding is very flimsy would not protect also was charged to return 9 euro absolutely disgraceful when I am a prime member

This pillow was an absolute savior after my hysterectomy surgery. It easily attaches to a seat belt. It provided much needed comfort on the ride home from the hospital and beyond. I’ve used it daily during my recovery. Along with a heating pad (sold separately) which inserts inside a Velcro pouch. I followed their initial instructions to allow it to plump up. Removed all the filling and washed the cover before my first use. It truly is and continues to be a godsend!! I highly recommend. It’s worth every penny!!

This little pillow was my best friend after my hysterectomy! I used it often and it was worth every penny. I used it with a gel ice pack to help with the swelling. And I used it in the car with the seatbelt, helped me so much!

Chose this one because it could be delivered fastest and I only had a couple of days before an emergency surgery. It works really well, is easy to change from one seat belt to a different seat belt in the car, and has made a huge and positive impact on my recovery experience. I can't imagine why I would need another one, but I would repurchase this in a heartbeat if needed.

I was looking for ways to make things after my hysterectomy better and this was a good find. I was able to use it after more when recovering than for my seatbelt. I would use it when I was in bed to help ease a bit of pain with an icepack and was so thankful for it. The main reason is my husband forgot the pillow when he was picking me up, but I had an icepack from the hospital that worked fine for the ride home.The nice pouch for the ice pack was easy to open and stayed closed with the Velcro with no issues. I will definitely use this in the future for other uses now that I am past the main point of healing.

My husband bought this for me to use after my endometriosis laproscopy. I haven't gotten the surgery yet, but have been using it anyway because it helps with increased pain during car rides. I can't wear tight jeans anymore because it hurts- A stiff seatbelt is obviously no better, but this lil' guy helps keep me comfortable on the road. I haven't used the hot/cold pocket yet, but it all seems pretty well-made and durable so far. I'm glad the stuffing isn't clumpy like I thought it would be. Took off one star because a simple item made of fabric, cotton, and Velcro/zippers should really cost a little less than this does, and I also wish it came in more colors/designs. Overall, I definitely recommend
