Q: Could this tape be used to stabilize a PEG tube on the skin?

As I am not a medical professional, my response will be based on experience, not medical training. My husband had open heart surgery in March 2016. This tape was used extensively to adhere (and keep stable) his IVs and his 4 drainage tubes. This tape has very good sticking ability.

Q: Does this look a like gauze, but with adhesive on it? I'm looking for a super soft cloth like tape. Can anyone put a close up picture on their review?

It has a cloth-like look and feel.

Q: Would it be easy for a toddler to pull it out?

Not sure what you mean by "pull it out". There is no dispenser. It is a little difficult to start it when the edge has gotten stuck down to the roll. It pulls off the roll easily enough for a grown-up, but probably not for a toddler. If you are wondering about the child pulling it off of her own skin, it sticks to the skin well but pulls off with a little effort without hurting. I don't think a child persist in trying to get it off, but of course I cannot know for sure.

Q: I need a highly breathable tape. Is this highly breathable? More breathable than micropore tape?

I believe there are more breathable products available? But this one is breathable, very lightweight, flexible and holds well. I like becausee it doesnt stick to skin.
