This is the best available in US, besides one of the best in Brazilian retail that i know. It’s much thicker than others and the raising of my cheese bread is spectacular . Sweet or sour doesn’t matter. It’s really high quality.

Already bought those in Brazil, nice to see that it has the same quality. Perfect for cheese bread.See some reviews complaining about it is not good for Tapioca. You can still do Tapioca with this starch, but you need to hydrate it first.

Great but now too expensive
Great but now price is over the top. Was 17.99 for 4 now 28 for 4. I’ll just go to my local shops were it’s a bit cheaper now that the Amazon seller rose the price.
