Not great if using left hand side
I love SmallRig products, I use their great constantly to build my video rigs. I wanted to get this handle to upgrade my left side external handle for a run and gun rig. Attaches via the rail on the side of my cage and record button works as expected.My only gripe and hence the low scores is the post where the recording cable attaches to the camera is on the left side of the handle. This means a cable sticks out at your palm height and really is noticeable. It’s a shame SmallRig didn’t relocate the cable to the bottom of the handle so it wouldn’t get in the way of you left or right hand mount it.

Won’t work on my zcam e2c
Won’t work with my zcam e2c, not sure yet if it’s just my handle or it’s not compatible with e2c camera. I’ll ask on zcam fb community maybe somebody else have similar problem

Works well with my Sony FX3
It works well with my Sony FX3; I use two handles on a cage and make holding and recording a treat. My only gripe is that you should also be able to get this with a Nato rail fitting. Well made and should last.
