This product is safe, approved by 2 of my doctors to replenish B-12.
I love 5 hour energy drinks. I take them for the B-12 in them. Prior to using 5hour energy drink, I was getting 2 B-12 shots a week. Having to wait 15 minutes after each shot. Finally I asked my doc if I could just take this instead of shots, she said yes! No more shots. Caffeine content is same as a Large coffee from Starbucks. If you are monitoring your caffeine, or have heart issues, please be smart, and ask your doctor first. Great product!

I ordered it mid mid May and was expected to receive it at May 28.I've only received yesterday.I only received 24 count(2packs), not 48 count (4 packs). Please improve the inventory and shipping management.
