Not sure. Fits perfectly on 2013 Laramie Longhorn 4x4. I believe the rotor size does is the same. And these stop on a dime!

Unless you've changed your front hubs and rear axles to a 6 lug pattern, you should only have a 5 lug bolt pattern. I own a 2017 Ram Rebel also and it has a 5 lug bolt pattern.
