I’ve tried several different brands and I think these are the best. They have better coverage, better absorption. They aren’t packed in those annoying mesh sleeves like other brands. These are more basic. And better. Love that I can subscribe to them. Unfortunately I have to wear one all the time, but they do the trick and hold a lot. Good adhesive strips, so not concerned about them falling off. Trap urine smell too. WAAAY better than Depends.

Use these with adult diapers for my brother. Makes staying dry so much easier. They work so well at absorbing urine that we can just swap them out with a fresh one a few times a day. This is fabulous because the diaper remains totally dry which means less diaper changes. And who doesn’t love less diaper changes!

These work pretty good. You always check the pad you for how much fluid the pad will hold and for how long. If you travel and the time between changes. Other wise these pads not too bad.

It sucks to need these, but you might as well find the product that works the best at the best price. These are essentially identical to the Depends brand at a fraction of the price. Like Depends, if you are a male, they are about twice as long as they need to be. I trimmed off the part that extended way too far back and eventually realized that I could make two usable pads out of one. I think these are meant to be unisex and I suppose this wouldn't work for a female. But for a guy, if you don't trim them, they extend way back between your thighs where a) you don't need them and b) they just bunch up and are uncomfortable. I used to trim off the back part and throw it out until I realized that I was throwing away as much as I was using. So that drives the cost even lower. The absorbency is equal to the Depends as is the adherence to your underwear. I can find no difference,, and believe me, I checked them out thoroughly. If you're unfortunate enough to need these, this is an excellent product at a remarkable price.

These guards are great! My husband needs them if we go on long drives. Very good quality.

Amazed at how this fits without bulk. Amazed at absorption. Doesn’t slip off until you remove it. Feel confident and carefree again. One word of warning though, remove it from underwear before you do the laundry.June 2024. The latest ordered just arrived. Counterfeit? Imported? No markings on the product showing top. I am not as confident in the efficacy.
