To supplement or not to supplement
I have been using Aloha Medicinals Bio-Silymarin for years. The price and delivery from Amazon were very good. You never know with supplements if they truly work or not, but I figure if you don't have what they are trying to help prevent it can't hurt.

If you are taking non-enteric milk thistle, then you are just throwing money away. This is the only enteric milk thistle I've found and it is manufactured to very high standards.

Best liver supplement I have taken
I have been taking Bio Silymarin Plus for a couple years and I truly believe it has helped keep my liver healthy. I did some research on Aloha Medicinals and they seem like a really legit company, they are based in Nevada I believe and all products made in the USA. They grow their own mushrooms and herbs. Great quality product, highly recommend it!
