I honestly think this product has helped my lower back pain more than any kind of pain relieving pills or muscle relaxers my doctor has ever prescribed me. I love the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric, but I hate the smell and taste of it. Other pills I have tried in the past, smelled like turmeric and tasted like it going down. I love these pills because it does not smell or taste like turmeric at all. I've always known to add pepper to golden milk for better absorbtion but I don't always have time. These capsules have everything I need for pain relief and it helps reduce inflammation. I will keep in my essentials list.

I like that it's All Natural! And Very healthy!+ It's supposed to fight pain and even Said to be good in fighting pain and Cancer!! But it didn't helpe with My pain! Not at all! But I still like it anyway! It is still a Natural Cure! For some I'll ess according to Research!

This worked really well on my IBS. Took a while but supplements take time to work, but they do work.
