This is a terrific assortment of supplies for baking sourdough bread. One of the banneton bowls purchased at a kitchen store local to me was $30 by itself, so you can tell by that alone the value is amazing. I used the oval bowl for my last proofing, and it turned out very well. It is nice that the kit included 2 bench scrapers, the plastic one is gentle on my plastic dough mat and the metal is both beautiful, and functional on the actual countertop. Absolutely recommend!

Great kit, includes everything need to start making bread. The Danish whisk is the best tool I have ever had for mixing. I have just started making sourdough when I order this kit. As a beginner I was astonished at my first loaf of bread using the tools provided. I completely recommend this kit for beginners and experts alike.

Nice kit.

The Boule is perfect for 500g of bread dough but the batard shape isn't. Doesn't make sense but you have to think of it as for use with smaller batches of dough. otherwise, i love the quality and sturdiness in both. I use the Lame and the blades are thin and flexible so that they can be curved to give that 45-degree angle score.I don't use the dough stir but the bench scraper is awesome.

Got this for my wife for Christmas and I had no idea what I was starting. In 6 months she has gone from beginner to a full blown small business, she supplies a local steakhouse with weekend sourdough. She still uses these when making batches. She says she highly recommends them for sourdough folks of all stages.

The size is great makes for an easy bread kit. Very lightweight making it easy to move around the kitchen and store. The quality is really good and you can clean it so easily. Its very cheap and looks very nice. Great buy for yourself or a gift for a friend.
