I have a 22 year old daughter who is profoundly autistic. As is typical with autism, my daughter has a very limited diet. About a year ago, I suddenly noticed she had significant hair loss. A nurse friend suggested a prenatal vitamin. At the store I got whatever prenatal vitamin was on sale. The vitamin was working and her hair began to grow back in. The initial vitamins had a daily dosage of 2 large pills that looked like particles smashed together and smelled like cat food. I started finding one or both of the pills in the trash. My daughter hated them. I was worried this would lead to her throwing out needed prescription pills. I went to Amazon and searched "small prenatal vitamins" These mini pills are what I found. It is one pill, it is smaller, it is coated, and it smells like mint. My daughter will be taking these pills long term, I highly recommend them. Not only has her hair completely grown back in, but she never throws out the pill. Her continued hair growth is actual physical proof they are effective.

I’ve been using this pill for a while now. It has the DHA and is only one pill and it’s very easy to swallow. Does not make me nauseous at all like other ones do. Highly recommend it.

This vitamin has a good range of nutrients unlike many other prenatal vitamins I checked out. It does not cause nausea or constipation like other prenatals I have tried over the past twenty years of having kids and nursing. The only negatives are that it has an aftertaste if not taken with food and it can be a little tough to swallow (I am not good with pills in general though). I have bought this vitamin more than once.

I am not pregnant but my doctor told me how good prenatal vitamins are for your skin hair and other things we need. I started these and love them! Thank you!

I prefer the other prenatal +DHA that Zahler sells. These ones are great in the fact that you only have to take them once a day. However, despite them being smaller than the other prenatals, they are harder to swallow. The shape is rounder and seems to not go down as well, despite having the same/similar casing as the full size prenatals.I can still take these on an empty stomach and be fine.I did a lot of researching for the best, most cost effective prenatals and this brand was the winner for me. Tried these because they were cheaper for the amount and I only had to take them 1x a day.Overall, I do like these- I just wish the pill shape was easier to swallow.

Bought these vitamins for my wife for postpartum after having our baby girl. They have helped her a lot with the loss of hair she had been having, you can tell a big difference after drinking the vitamins. She has been having less hair fall off and I will continue buying these for her.

Best prenatal out there. I’ve been pregnant or breast feeding for the last 4y, nonstop. So this is on a subscription for him. It’s easy to swallow and stays down, no added nausea. I love it! Go for it!
