Most interior is not that visible through the windows so interior decorating is not that needed, but if you want to you can.

I cannot answer this question because it asks something that cannot be answered!!! Obviously the bigger model will have more detail and naturally you end up with a larger finished product. All my 55 models have been 1:72 scale, but I have a 1:32 model of my favourite aircraft a P51D Mustang to build sometime. It was a gift...
