Definitely a 5 star! Super easy to use for me (I was simply repiercing my nose studs from when they closed up, so I already had the scar divets to know where to go), HOWEVER. I absolutely didn't pay any attention to the product information or images and I cannot stand that one stud is a clear stone that's raised and the other stud is a black stone that sits flush. So, it makes it look uneven. BUT it did come with nose studs to change then out with, which do work perfectly. Just kinda sucks the healing process has to be with mismatched studs, but it's totally on me.

Worked great. We took the piercing piece out immediately and pushed our own piercing in so we wasnt stuck with what the kit comes with. No issues.

I even watched a few YouTube videos. They made it look easy & pain free. Mark your spot with a sharpie. Make placement but DON'T squeeze until you have it where you want it. ** KEEP PRESSING UNTIL YOU HEAR A CLICK **Mannnnnnn..... I must have hella thick cartilage in my nose. This piercing process hurt like a mug... I've had babies, surgeries & other piercings... NONE hurt like this. The device got stuck in my nose & I had to coax myself to woman up & push through it. I stopped a few times, but when I saw the bl00d on my nose, I knew I had finish or it would leave a scar.It hurt for a few hours... I took a pain pill because I also got a headache afterwards.1 week out:It's cute & I'm getting compliments. This 60+ year old grandmom is looking good!Be sure to purchase the stream saline spray for the top of the piercing & inside your nose. I used mine at least 3 times a day. When I woke up, during the afternoon & before bed. (Mostly because I have oily skin & I didn't want an infection.) I sometimes used a soaked q tip for inside the nose.Don't twist the piercing. The saline will loosen it.Be careful when removing your eyeglasses. This action will quickly remind you there's a piercing in your nose. I'd purchase it again. 4 out of 5 stars for no instructions.

Easy to use . I always got my nose pierced with a needle that hurt bad . But with this not so much pain it . Was easy to use . Great quality .

Im going to be honest, I have never been about piercing at home, always thought that should be done professionally, but Im impressed. Now I have done my own tattoos at home and did it just like all the professionals had my own sterlie space always opened everything on site etc. So with that knowledge and the knowledge I have from piercing I have recieved professionally and have observed. My almost 14 yr wanted her nose pierced and I could not find many that would, so I was like let's do the at home piercing kit. So, I created a sterile place, washed hands and wore gloves cleaned sight etc. In doing so I decided to do mine. It was painless and I think I nailed it for both of us!!! Again I'm impressed!!!

Got these for my teenager who's 15. They did work, however the jewelry is quite smaller and the one you pierce your nose with is so sharp it does tend to stab you and give you nose bleeds. I did use warm salt water twice a day to clean it and worked. The piercing itself was quick and easy. Tends to rip out easy too. I've had mine a month and switched to a hoop that I had to bend to fit my needs. I'd say it does the job and a fraction of the cost.
