Love this item. It’s a perfect toy to help my 7 month old with motor development. He was intrigued by the colors and textures and played independently with it for 30+ minutes. My toddler also enjoyed “pulling out the tissues.” Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

This soft box filled with chiffon scarves and crunchy fabric squares can be used developmentally in so many ways as babies grow into toddlers. It makes a great gift! I bought this for my granddaughter when she was just 4 months old, and she liked watching the chiffon scarves float and fly through the air when I tossed them. Now that she’s 10 months old, she likes munching on the scarves and squares. I expect she’ll be soon be pulling them out of the soft squishy box, and I imagine she’ll figure out lots of other creative ways to play with this Montessori inspired toy. Well made, and durable. Packs small, too, since it’s a soft fabric box. I recommend highly!

This is so much fun for my baby & 4 year old! They love it so so much! They use it so much and it is working with their creativity!

This tissue box toy is great for my 5 month old baby and will be a great toy as he grows. Right now he loves to chew on crunchy squares and box, and watch the play silks blowing around. As baby grows we will move into pulling the squares out of the box. Everything feels high-quality and very strong! No stringy pieces falling off, good seams. The only thing that was strange is the toy came in an Amazon package but the box inside didn't have any markings of the company that it came from or a care guide so I'm guessing everything is either hand-wash or spot clean only. We've had this for a few weeks and have had to hand wash the silks. The colors are still nice and bright and there are no snags/loose ends. Wish I had put this on my baby registry!

Overall, really cute tissue box, like the fact that it's weighted at the bottom and only one side of the box has a busy pattern. Like that there were 2 of each colors for the solid colored "tissues" and three crinkly ones!BUT!!!!!!!!Dye will come off the solid colored ones when wet!! My daughter was chomping down on a blue one and I later noticed blue dye stains on her white onesie. I rubbed a wet wipe on the blue cloth, nothing came off initially but when I pulled the rim through the wet wipe, it left a blue streak where the cloth was hemmed. It some kind of synthetic material, which I'm ok with, but I'm NOT happy that baby spit is enough to dissolve the dye on it. Maybe they were dyed after they were hemmed and that's why there's some extra dye residue under the hem. Whatever the case, I'd rather people be aware.Great toy otherwise, would love to give five stars. If you have kids who no longer put toys in their mouths, you'll be just fine.

Material is soft and the box is slightly weighted at the bottom so it’s more stable while pulling out the “tissues”.

I would have given this five stars except when i put the tissues in the washing machine, the pink crinkle tissue leaked dye on my baby’s white wash cloth and baby socks. I have no idea what type of dye it is, it might be toxic.Baby chews on the tissues so this is absolutely a safety issue. She probably already ingested some dye via sucking on the tissues.Otherwise i loved the box and i loved the fact that each panel had different textures and the beans in the bottom of the box were very nice.It helped my baby lean grasping. Unfortunately due to this use i have to throw out all of the crinkle tissues due to safety concerns. The mesh tissues are not the same material and i don’t think they have the same concern. I might end up investing in natural silks less some point to avoid this issue.Baby products should not have these issues and all items must not leak dye.UPDATE:the mesh tissues leak dye as well. The green tissue leaked on my cotton swaddle (gentle washing with cold water)! It’s safe to assume that all components of this poorly made baby toy leak dye. It has ruined some of my baby’s clothes already. I’m so sorry I bought this, this product is not safe and should be removed from Amazon.
