Can this be mounted onto stucco?

I wouldn't use the provided anchors, for 2 reasons. First , those are concrete and masonry anchors. Total weight of this is only 13 #, that's 4 lbs 4 oz per support, 2 lbs 2 oz per anchor. If the building framing is a 16" on center, try and find 1 vertical framing member that fits what you're trying to center over and aligns with one of the supports. Put a wood framing screw in each of that supports holes. If there are no other vertical framing members that work, go pick up some 3/8" bolts with (spring loaded) wing nuts for hanging on cavity walls and attach like it was a drywall wall. As you tighten the bolts, make sure the wing nuts have flared. Don't over tighten, remember, they are just carrying a couple pounds each. As with the attachment bolts provided and over tightening the "wing nuts", you can crush the plaster and have no support. My biggest concern about these is the poly carbonate panels. I see nothing to hold them in place in strong winds.

Can this be mounted to vinyl siding?

Yes, but I would not mount this directly to any siding. You really need to cut out the siding to make a flat surface and add a mounting board. Make sure that flashing is used to move water over the board. Caulk and paint the board and then apply the awning to the board.

What are the brackets made out of? Plastic or Aluminum?

I believe they are a high quality plastic product. We’ve had it up for awhile with no problems. Been through rain and heavy winds. Soon we’ll get to see how it handles snow and ice.

I need a 40x160 piece, if I buy 40x120 and 40x40, can the two products be integrated?

These come in 40x40 sections (which is one awning). You can add as many sections as you like to make it as long as you want. You will have a support every 40”.
