I haven't enjoyed dreaming for several years, but after taking Melatonin 20 mg, Maximum Strength for just about 2-3 weeks, I've been able to enjoy very vivid and lucid dreams every night and it's all natural! Our bodies produce it naturally, but as we age, less and less is produced. I'd Definitely recommend this for those of us who are over 50 and I'm 75.

Seems to work too well. I bought for traveling to Asia. Made me sleep well but was groggy the next day.

Taken as recommended, this doesn’t “knock me out” but it feels like it makes me mildly drowsy - enough to fall asleep naturally.I find this product very helpful, as I am prone to lay down at bedtime and begin thinking instead of simply going to sleep.

I believe that the NOW products are made better and safer than many others. I have used this product for many years with success for sleeping.

This company is excellent - one of my favorites for supplements and essential oils. No surprise to me that the melatonin is excellent. I was unable to sleep for a couple of months and this product easily knocks me out but does not leave me feeling groggy in the morning. I highly recommend it.

My sodium gets low and when it does my legs get weak

This is my go to when I’m exhausted and really need sleep. I try not to take it too many nights in a row as I tend to end up foggy during the day but a few nights here and there are ok

I’ve been taking Melatonin for awhile & also purchasing NOW products in Mag & Vit D so thought I’d give their Melatonin 20mg a try. It’s rare to find 20mg capsules first off. The capsules are easy to take and seem to work as they should.
