My first 'smart' toilet and i like it!Although it says it needs two people, i had no problem installing it without help. Instead of a wax gasket, they are supplying a black, ultra sticky material gasket that works more or less the same as the wax version.The pros:* All the advertised functions worked well out of the box* Flushes well, better than my old Toto* You can adjust all the temperature settings easily with the remote* Many of the automated features such as pre-wetting and auto-flush can be turned off* So far, easy to cleanThe no so great:* The buttons to flush and activate the bidet are on the side of the toilet and impossible to read while you use the toilet. As this new toilet is in the guest bathroom, we have to instruct our guests on how to use the toilet functions and/or the remote.

We are very happy that we ended up buying Eplo after so much deliberation for our newly remodeled bathroom. This is the first smart toilet in our house and the experience has been great so far. We have used hand held bidet earlier but now getting used to the in-built bidet and feel “cleaned”. Installation was a breeze. Still took two people to get the toilet and set it up but not a big hassle.All listed features works fine. The favorite by our friends and family is the dryer function. Like the tornado style flushing. Another favorite is the half flush vs full flush.Overall this smart toilet is a very good buy especially for the price.

This bidet has been amazing. From the ease of installation to the everyday functionality. We love the bidet feature, the auto flush feature, the hands free foot sensor flush, the warm seat, and the cool night light. So many features along with its clean sleek, easy to clean design. It also comes with a remote control!! If you are looking for a bidet, we would highly recommend this product.

This is a very impressive toilet—hats off to the technology. The lid has a built-in sensor that opens automatically when you approach, and the seat stays comfortably warm. The water temperature and pressure are also just right.

Got two eplo smart toilets for our renovated bathrooms, it’s works really good, I like the neated heat feature and it feels very comfortable in winter morning. My wife likes the water cleaning feature which is very comfortable and clean. Overall this is a good product with reasonable prices, hopefully the product will last a very long time, this yet to be verified.

Okay here it goes you have to buy this!First let me start by saying we have had bidet toilet seats in the past, they're great but this time around we decided to splurge and I'm so glad that we did.Much less bulky and much more comfortable than an add-on to an existing toilet initially we had some concerns what if it breaks what if it malfunctions will never be able to reach the company well that's not the case so far it's in for a month now and it's absolutely perfect all the features work without any issues.When we first unboxed it we couldn't locate the remote I figured that's it it's all over but nope sent a note and within hours literally overnight I received a very pleasantly written email assuring me that a new remote was on its way to me in the mail expedited and I literally received it within 48 hours no questions asked no hassle just terrific customer service if only everything was like this.Back to the bidet itself: everything works as it should nothing better than a heated toilet seat other than maybe the instant hot water that was absolute perk all the buttons and features make it a luxury experience I think we'll have to put one in every room of the house price be damned folks spend more than this on cell phones which don't do anything for your health but this .. just wonderful worth every penny.We researched others and this has similar features if not more than some of the three and $4,000 models.One thing I would like to see is if the remote control could light up that would be helpful if it had a constant glow that would really make it much more functional especially at night but the toilet light that stays on is perfect no more glaring light in your eyes it's just enough glow with the lid down to see your way around the bathroom it's absolutely perfect.Overall great product excellent price and customer service the way it's supposed to be! don't hesitate on this

It's a great toilet/ bidet combo, works just as advertised. It comes with a remote but if you have the settings right you don't need to use the remote, it's fully automatic. The seat is heated, the water is heated and the dryer air is heated. Believe it or not, we even find the heaters pleasant in the summer!A word about the FILTERS: because there is no water tank, it uses a water pump to flush. The water lines (flexible pipes) inside the toilet/bidet are fitted with two small filters to prevent impurities to clog the pump. If your water has sediment in it (i.e. if you just had plumbing repair or installation done and there is debris inside your house plumbing system), the filters will get clogged and it won't flush. With a brand new expensive toilet this will lead to frustration! But.. it is very easy to take the bidet apart and clean the filters. If you email customer service they will send you pictures on how to do it. You just need a couple of screw drivers and a pair of plyers. It took me less than 30 minutes to clean the filters and it has been working great since!And remember: long-press the 1/2 flush button on the remote until it beeps to enable/ disable the foot sensor to flush with your foot.
