I have been using Spigen products for almost 4-5 years. As per my experience their products will protect the device for 2 years. As the time goes product will get cracks beyond 2 years.

Really disappointed with the quality. Top part is so loose, I feel insecure every time I hold my ipad. I have been a fan of spigen product on other devices, but not this one for sure.Edited: Spigen responded positively after being reached out and sent a replacement. Very good customer service, which makes me want to stick with the brand.

Got this in 2 days, it was very fast shipping.All the buttons on the side is accessible, even the touch sensor power switch.There is no other case like this one. It would not ever slip off my hand cause is soft on the side but the corners are hard to protect the ipad. This is a good case, does not have the top flap that gets in the way, when one is taking a picture using the camera. I recommend this case. good that I found it.

I love the case. It is as expected case wise for a product from Spigen (I’ve owned a lot of cases for my other phones before the current one which I also own a couple of spigen cases). However, it won’t charge my apple pencil. It maybe because I have a dbrand skin on the pencil (or maybe not) a little thickness to the pencil. But other than that, it is good. Though I notice that the case is not a tight fight (I also have a back dbrand skin on the ipad mini. But it’s not an issue as I can sort of remove the case on one side to charge the pencil. Still recommended if you’re not using a pencil.
