This works amazing!!! I wish I had this when I had my children, however, I just recently had a hemorrhoidectomy and I was putting off on buying one and I wish I would have just bought it in the first place. I went for 2 weeks without being able to sit and I was so uncomfortable. This has been a saving grace. I can sit comfortably at the table and eat with my family again. It then can also keep spine aligned while protecting your lower end from feeling pressure or, for example, speed bumps (but of course, always be WISE & PRACTICAL, cushion or no cushion, and drive slowly over speed bumps to protect residential kids/elderly/animals and yourself with spine or tail issues)!I have one I move around the house, and now one I keep in the car for driving or taking into meetings or restaurants! I have been experiencing some tailbone pain after sitting on hard surface for a while and was looking for a donut pillow specially for long sitting on chair or travel etc.This pillow is good and I would like to give my thoughts for anyone who wanna buy it.The pillow came in ina box packed and when you first use it you will feel like it’s hard and will feel uncomfortable and not like it but be patient and use it for few days and slowly you will get use to it and it will soften up a bit. I feel like it’s good for tailbone pain or even for people with hemorrhoids or fissure etc.After using it for a week plus now I have got use to it and started liking it and use it on my work chair and also anywhere I will be sitting for long etc.Again it’s hard and not a pillow soft where you will feel like you are sitting on cloud. It’s hard and it’s probably designed with a purpose

I purchased this pillow for my elderly father who has a hard time sitting on hard surfaces or even on the couch. As I normally do, I really spent a lot of time researching, to find the best pillow for my dad.Let me just say that he absolutely loves it. It's been very helpful for him to sit comfortably on a wooden chair, and as I already said, he can't even sit on the couch for too long let alone on a hard surface. He now can comfortably sit at the dining table and enjoy his meal with the family.After over a year of usage, it still looks great and without any tears; also, it has retained its plushness. So, don't buy anything cheap; invest in this well-made pillow, and you'll be happy :)And as I always say, it pays to do your research!

Very useful for people having back problems.

This is very uncomfortable. It is stiff and hard. The gray side is slightly softer than the black side, but the gray side is flat with raised grip dots on it. I had purchased it for my mother who was experiencing hemorrhoidal pain and it made it hurt worse. I even tried sitting on it without any hemorrhoids or any issues and I began to experience pressure and slight pain below from sitting on this pillow for less than 10 minutes.

I love this pillow. This is the second one I’ve purchased. It has helped with pain I get from breaking my tailbone many years ago. It helps take the pressure off that area. It is a must buy for anyone who has pain or discomfort from sitting too long. It is expensive, but worth every penny. It gives your bottom great support.
