The media could not be loaded. I bought this from the Amazon resale, it was marketed at a highly discounted rate since it was a return. I was skeptical at first, but when it arrived I was thrilled! The description said it may have "moderate damage to the front, side, or back of the product." There is no damage on this product and it's like brand new. It looks beautiful and sounds beautiful! That being said I would definitely pay full price for this fountain. It's made of very heavy duty materials that I believe will last for a long time. I'm so glad that I took the chance and bought this fountain! The lights are so beautiful at night and creates a relaxing atmosphere along with the peaceful flow of water. The pump runs at a strong rate of flow, but not so strong that it's overpowering and annoying. Also, there is absolutely no spillage of water anywhere from the flowing water. This I love because my fountain is indoors in my sunroom. I was concerned about water naturally splashing out, there's none at all! This fountain is also large enough that it would be beautiful in the garden, it's very versatile. I knew the dimensions when I purchased it but it seems so much larger than I expected it to be, and heavy but not to the point that it's not easy to move. I highly recommend this fountain if you are on the fence about purchasing it!

The water tube was a bit long and so getting the pump to settle in the right place inside the fountain and not have the tube pop off was a tiny bit trying (I was too timid to cut it down) but once it was set up and running, it’s been excellent. No problems so far and it’s been running like a champ ever since. I didn’t have any issues with the “door” as others have. The peaceful sound of the water running is very relaxing, we can hear it throughout the house, and our animals love it too! The size is perfect and it’s low maintenance. Great item, looks great, and we absolutely love it!

The packaging was sufficient. Box got a little bruised but the fountain was safe inside. Very quick setup. Good weight and nice look. Fountain is soothing, peaceful and loud enough to hear.

Great little fountain! The plastic tube was too long and I had to trim it but other than that it looks great and seems to work perfectly! It arrived 3 days before it was expected and was packaged with styrofoam . Very nice!

My perfect tiki fountain! I’m a girl and this was easy to set up. I added a mist maker (the kind they do with witches cauldrons at Halloween) and some color changing waterproof tea lights for the effect along with some aquarium, live moss rocks.

I really loved this waterfall and all of a sudden it started leaking out the bottom. Very dissapointed! Also its really hard to make the motor stick to the inside bottom. I have tiny hands and putting it in made me get scratches from the rough edges of the waterfall material and then the suction would just not stick no matter what I tried to do.This is a beautiful waterfall but it shouldn't be leaking after a few months!!Could just be a manufacturing defect but its unfortunate it happened to the one I ordered.I would never buy this product again!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been looking for a more horizontal, less vertical water fountain, and this fit the bill. It was very easy to set up. The price was right, and it fits perfectly in my landscape. I will say, remove ALL the little styrofoam pieces from the fountain (from the packaging) before you do anything else. It will be difficult to remove them later. Once I attached the hose to the pump at the back of the fountain, I adjusted the flow by turning the dial on the pump 1/4 turn clockwise (vertically) for a slower flow, or 1/4 turn counterclockwise (horizontally) for a faster flow (see pictures). There is not a big difference between the two settings. I set mine on the faster flow. I placed the pump inside the opening in the back and added water. While looking into the opening on the back, to the left, I noticed a small hole (that’s the picture you can’t tell what the heck it is). That’s where the water circulates from the front of the fountain to the back, where the pump is. Make sure you add plenty of water. Initially, I had just enough water to barely flow through from the front to the back. Keep the fountain level so the pump stays fully submerged. Once I had the fountain in place, I placed the little panel over the opening in the back. There’s a cut out that allows for the cord to pass through unobstructed. The pump is very quiet, basically like a pump for a fish tank. I’m very happy with my purchase and recommend it for anyone looking for a small fountain.

Comes just as shown. Just connect few wires and fill. Needs some water every day or two and wipe pump every week or two if water flow slows but that’s it. Looks great at night. Don’t know how long LED lights will last.
