Good quality product for children

Inner layer of the bag is not at all soft. Also they have used the same harsh material for the inner side of the shoulder straps. Zipper feels like third quality. And they forgot to fill the small extensions like antenna and wings of the bee with cushions because of which it's antennas are always droppy and wings are not at all cute. Unfortunately my kid have torn the bill and I am not able to return it unless I would have definitely returned it.
