Q: How is Omni'Nettoyant cleaner different from Omnidaim cleaner?

Both are great Suede Cleaners, and they do have different formulas. The reason for the different formulas is in the purpose. * Saphir Omni Nettoyant is from Saphir Medaille d'Or line of products. It has a higher concentration of cleaning agents and, therefore, it is intended and more appropriate for dirtier suede. * Omnidaim is from Saphir Blue Line of products. It excels cleaning suede not likely to be embedded with dirt and, therefore, not in need of a more powerful cleaning formula. In their territories, both Suede Cleaners are... well... 'Extraordinaire.'

Q: Can this remove paint pigment?

No! not at all. Unless it is 100% water-based Pigment. Pigments are 99% of the times removed from solvents, which this is not. Paint pigments have a portion of oil base in them as well, which will make this task even more difficult. I would recommend you not do this at home especially if your pair is expensive. Try sending it to a specialist they just might be able to save the shoe for you. I hope this helps. and have a lovely day
