These electrolyte tabs are fantastic. I took these on the Salkantay Trek in Peru and our group of 4 had to use them to aid in altitude sickness and dehydration. Perfect for chewing up while hiking. Taste is way better than any powder I’ve ever tried and they work so well. Highly recommend the peach flavor.

Excellent product. I use these on long hikes, when it's hot out and I sweat a lot.I've experienced the discomfort of electrolyte imbalance after a long hike. Swollen hands, headache. I found it wasn't just dehydration but I also needed electrolytes. I started using these and along with staying hydrated, I've not had any more issues.Pros- the taste is good. Good enough for a salt tablet! Texture is also fine. No issues swallowing this large tablet as it is a chewable tablet. This is also pretty affordable and will last quite a long time. Easy to share with friends too.Cons- noneI find these to be necessary for a long trek .

Best electrolytes I've tried.I use these when playing tennis- overall results: no leg cramps, no slumps or low blood pressure moments during 2h + matches (doubles or singles) I take 1 every 3 o 5 games (30 to 45 minutes) along with water. We've tried the berries and green apple flavors and they are nice, tangy flavores go well with the natural salty taste of electrolytes. The tablets are convenient and easy to carry to matches, not to mention, they generate considerably less waste than other electrolyte products.

i love these! i have pots and i pop a couple of these when im out and about and start to feel fatigued and they help me until im able to get home and rest! i also take some right before showering to keep myself from flaring up too bad and they've done wonders for my post-shower fatiguethe initial taste is like grape sweet tart but there's little bit of a weird aftertaste, nothing that drinking some water after cant fix though <3definitely not a replacement for sodium intake (obviously if you read the product info) but a great little boost when needed!

Convenient, tastes fine. Great for hiking, biking, or workouts in the hot weather or workouts in the gym.

Love this stuff! Easy to keep around, tastes good when you need it, really helps with exertion headaches in the heat.

My nephew brought a bottle of these along when we hiked out to delicate arch in Arches National Park in June, and when we hiked down into the Grand Canyon a few days later. Air temperature was a balmy 112°F (44°C) and most of it in direct sun. Even with a backpack loaded with water bottles it was tough. However, when good old John popped out these things and passed them around the impact was noticeable! Number one they taste good, not chalky or exceedingly salty as I’d anticipated. Number two, they work - or maybe this should have been number one. Regardless, our whole group (six adults ranging from 24 to 58) agreed the benefit was real and certainly helped those of us on the older end to make the climbs back out of the Canyon.I’ve now begun buying them for all the outdoor work I do here in Texas where the sun seems to only be about fifty feet off the ground, and it’s nice getting electrolytes without drinking Gatorade, which is not my favorite stuff.

Happy to have found this brand and incorporate it into my training. However the watermelon flavor gives hints of chicken bouillon cubes. But it’s not awful.
