Pool RX 332001 PoolRX+ Booster Blue Swimming Pool Algaecide, Single Unit

This stuff does exactly what it says it will. For the past 3 years I have had the hardest time trying to keep my pool clean and clear but have struggled. I bought this stuff this summer and I never once had green in my pool. I'm kinda scared to give such a great review because I don't want it to fly off the shelves as I will need more for next summer, but I can't keep this secret to myself.

I have used this product for a long time seems to work well at keeping algae under control in my pool.

Works great. Cuts down on the amount of tabs I have to use by over 75%. This is a great way to manage your pool while reducing cost and time.

When I received this it was all one hard clump looked old probably got hot at some point . The pool Rx+ unit worked wonders originally and I bought the booster because it wasn't working as well and that's what they said too do . It was a waste of my money it didn't do anything . I should have just bought a whole new pool RX+ unit but they said you could just use the booster. I emailed them about how I received the product they said it was fine just put in skimmer and let it dissolve so that's what I did after first day no sign of it working like the original unit did second day I had algae growing now my pool is all green and it's going to cost me more money to get it back to normal. Don't buy from this supplier I should have trusted the reviews I read on it there were a couple other people had almost identical problem with the booster from this supplier and now that I followed their directions they sent in email I don't have a product to send back for refund pretty smart of them to tell me to use it . I tried to email back after it didn't work and have gotten no response can't return to Amazon because I put in pool . I guess lesson learned next time it doesn't look right just return to Amazon without dealing with supplier.

I use the regular Pool RX and by adding the booster. My pool was as sparkly clean as it ever was.

The media could not be loaded. When we arrived home from our vacation we discovered our pool had turned to a dark green. Our salt cell had stopped working because of calcium build up. We tried 3 different treatments that didn’t even touch the build up of algae. This product over a 36 hour timeframe totally cleared up all of the algae and left the pool a sparkling blue color. This product does what it says it does very well.

I’m amazed at this product! My above ground pool was very green and I thought nothing was going to clear it up because I kept checking my chemical levels and the PH in my pool kept running high. I couldn’t get the PH down product since it was out of stock for a week so I figured I would try this Pool RX product and I’m so glad I did! Since I don’t have a skimmer basket, I just spread some of the Pool Rx directly into my pool by placing it all around the outer part of it. I didn’t use all of the product since I was trying it out and was afraid to. I used like 2 TBSP of it. The next day, my water was clear and not green anymore! I highly recommend this item! It will save you a lot of money on not having to buy lots of unnecessary products.
