This is Farm Raised Salmon
Website provides the following contradicting description of the smoked salmon:1. Wild pacific salmon.2. Caught of coast of Canada salmon.3. Wild Caught salmon.My investigation established that this is "Farm Raised Salmon" released into ocean and immediately caught. The name of that salmon is " Wild Caught"Also the shipping temperature of smoked salmon is specified as "cold". My order arrived in two days with temperatures of salmon in mid 60's degree F. It appears that food safety standards/codes are not used. Photos are available.

Great taste, great texture not overly oily or greasy. Just perfect.
This is the best smoked salmon I've ordered so far. It is wild caught and it tastes and feels like a wild caught. I ordered from several others brands, but this is the one that I came back to.

This is the Lox that I remember as a boy...
This is the Lox that I remember as a boy......absolutely delicious and of the perfect texture for bagels and lox. Comes in a priority mail box with a purpose made Styrofoam cooler and cold packs to assure it's arrival at the perfect temperature. Highly recommended!
