Yes. Stop thinking. Shut up and buy this. I couldn't find a better alternative for a granola that's ORGANIC, SPROUTED, NON-GMO, and GLUTEN-FREE. I needed to use all caps because I'm excited about this product. I don't have much going on in my life okay?But you wouldn't think that such a healthy product would be tasty right? Wrong. This taste better than actual granolas. I know, bold statement. Just the fact that they don't add cane sugar like most "healthy products" still puzzles me how they were able to achieve this. Every time I eat this with almond/oat milk and small pieces of Asian pear, I chuckle like a silly goose because it reminds of the good old days when I could eat anything and not suffer the repercussions. Now I'm an adult with responsibilities. I wear a tie to prove it.Anyways, because this is sprouted, it's easier for me to digest this. I don't feel acid reflux or bloating like I usually do if I eat gluten with sugar, although I don't eat it that much at once.If my review didn't persuade you to at least try, then look at my picture, the bag is empty. You know what that means? I ate the whole thing and then I kicked the air... because it gave me energy.

This is the best granola I ever tasted. It is sprouted, organic, and low in carbs.I bought this product at least 6 times in the past few months.Who cares if I am broke? At least I am healthy!

This is the best grain free granola I have ever had!! I’m allergic to oats and it’s hard to find, also it’s low in sugar and sprouted!! I’m in love 🥰

I did love the flavor of this grain free cereal, plus really liked the fact that it was in clumps instead of all loose. My only objection on this one was the cost. I guess you do get what you pay for.

I am a true believer in healthy eating. I try to only eat non-gmo, organic foods with zero to minimal processing. I also do not eat grains. Lark Ellen makes a wonderful product that meets my criteria for healthy eating, and it also has a fantastic taste! It’s hard to find grain free granola that has a balance of nuts, seeds, spice, and uses a real natural sweetener like maple syrup vs a sugar derivative. Lark Ellen makes just what I want! Awesome stuff!!

I am so happy to have found this granola! I've been following the GAPS diet to resolve acid reflux. Sprouted nuts and seeds are a big part of this wholistic diet plan, but it's difficult to find reputable sources. Thank you Lark Ellen! A short list of organic ingredients, and maple syrup as the only sweetener. Nothing artificial. Check out their website for more info on their process.My only critique is that the bag was mostly loose granola, and not as many bite size chunks. A little harder for snacks on the run but still doable.
