The recommended dose is 5ml (1 teaspoon); this contains 500mg Setria. But you may start at 2.5ml to let your body adapt. Studies suggest up to 1000mg (10ml or 2 teaspoons of our product) is beneficial, but do adjust your dosage gradually.
