Update. I have unjammed the pump action by unscrewing the pump and nozzle. Holding the tube and twisting. all good now and the product smells great and is non greasy. I originally gave it a one star. Read on.I can't get past working out the creams pump action works😡.I've tried unscrewing the top but that just opens the bottle, I've held onto the screw top and pulled the squirter thingy, that doesn't budge and I'm scared I'll break the bloody thing.It should just pop up and away I go, but noooooooHelp.
