Mixed positive, with the caveat I'm buying a refurbished item.The phone itself seems fine, the battery does seem to drain quicker than I expected but then it's a refurb. There are no scratches, it looks in good condition and the buttons seem responsive (as does the touch screen). It came factory reset, so didn't need to do that myself.I didn't get a branded charger/cable, instead it came with a Budi one. There was no receipt. There was an unsightly sticker on the back of the phone, and there was no manual or instruction guide. While the packaging (cardboard/bubble wrap) did its job - the phone wasn't damaged - I'm not sure if that is more luck than anything else. It wasn't great.You are always on a bit of a gamble with a refurb, and considering everything, I'm happy enough with the deal. A little bit of TLC on their packaging and presentation and I'd have given this a 5*

I like the quick setup and update to Android 14, one UI 6.1. Battery is good. No scratches or cracks. Fast charger. Great value for money. Everything is as described by seller.

I like the phone. The charger head & charger cable have issues. Emmitted smoke immediately I plugged it on, not charging at all, never charged..Please guide on how to send it back.new. COLLINS NDUBUISI.

Well what can I say. this phone was described as excellent it had scratches all over the back and a chip on the top. So not happy. Returned straight away. First time ive had any problems with refurbished items. Hopefully won't happen again.
