I think I have used every kind of mousetrap but this one works consistently. I used the first two I had so many times they wore out! I even tried other brands that look like these and have the same basic mechanism, but nothing gets the mice like Catchmasters!

I have used these re-usable mousetraps for over 15 years. When we moved from Iowa to Michigan and they were lost I found replacements on line. These traps are almost totally fool-proof easy to set and are even easier to empty. The newest version that I recently ordered were, initially, a little more difficult to bait than the version I had used for years.. The old ones were easy enough for a pre-kindergarten student to bait with no difficulty. The newer ones might require a kindergarten student to bait. The relatively inexpensive cost plus the comparative baiting simplicity combined with the ease of setting with little to no chance of accidentally catching yourself added to being able to empty the trap without contact with a dead mouse make this a most desirable trap to have in one's anti "Mouse-in-the-House" arsenal.

When these mouse traps arrived I was hoping to trap the couple mice I have been seeing in my garage, the product showed up on time and when they did I was eager to set them up. I put in bait that I have noticed the mice carry and dropping around which happend to be chips I crushed up chips and put them in the bait tray and set the trap which was super easy, I came back no more than 5 minutes and already had a mouse trapped which was awesome! I’m now 5 hours into the traps being used and have eliminated 5 mice. I highly recommend this product!!

We've been having mouse problems for a while now, but I bought a pack of these for each of our apartments, and they've been catching mice before they can get into anything. They're not messy at all. You can just open them up and empty them into the trash can. The only downside is sometimes they will catch a mouse by the leg and the mouse will still be alive for you to deal with. There's not really any way to avoid that with any trap, I think.

I have shaky hands so traditional wooden mouse traps are extremely stressful to set. They tend to snap while placing them. I tried several other brands of plastic traps and they were either ignored or broken by the mouse. In spite of all my efforts I could hear them in the walls.But no more.This brand is amazing. I set several of these in the basement and attic. And since I did all has been quiet in the house. I can easily set and reset this model of trap and dispose of the mouse. One trap in particular has caught fifteen mice already this winter. Peace of mind. Very thankful for this design.
