Good High Quality and Functional Kettle
This is a good quality, lightweight kettle. It does whistle which I like. The handle is well above the metal and it is hard to burn yourself with it. I like the stainless steel appearance which may be too plain for others. It cleans easily too.

Love it. The whistle volume is loud. Comfortable. Looks good but can be stained very quickly. If stove high can boil faster.

Cute little stove top kettel
A cute stove, chopped kettle, but the best quality I’ve seen in my life. But does the work !let’s hope it will last long. Great price point

Good value! The perfect kettle!
I had to buy another one after 8 years of use. Somehow a little pinhole formed at the bottom of the kettle, but I'll let that slide since it lasted this long. It's probably the best designed kettle out there. Having a handle lever control the spout is very convenient. It also fits perfectly on my little portable infrared range. I game a lot, so I'm not usually focused on the kettle when I'm boiling up some water. Having a whistle to remind me that the water is ready is also another convenient feature. Update: DO NOT BOIL WATER WITH POTASSIUM CHLORIDE. My new kettle started leaking, but I found out that if you boil potassium chloride, it can cause corrosion which in turn can cause leaks. Normally when I make tea, I boil the water, pour it into my mug, and then add the potassium and tea bag. I recently started just putting everything in the kettle first and then boiling it and that's why I never had this problem before. Oh well, it looks like I'll need to switch to a glass kettle.

so pretty
it's so pretty and it heats up the water but the whistler is not loud at all...if I am not standing nearby, I will not hear it from another room - I am so disappointed- I was so anxious to hear it whistle that I let my water boil for 10 minutes the first time.addendum - had to go back and re-rate this pretty tea kettle - after about 4 days of no whistling, I could tell a difference when the water was heating up - sounded like popcorn popping and after 5 minutes, the tea kettle WHISTLED!!!!!! I was so happy. I had read, that maybe I needed to blow out the whistler area and so I did that on day 3...I am one happy customer!

Works OK, handle gets hot
We bought this after Helene knocked out our power for 12 days after our whole house Generac generator crapped out after two hours. We had to heat water on our propane grill in a pot which was OK but this works so much better. You don't get the hard whistling sound of the vintage ones but it's good enough to let you know the water is hot.Seems thin and lightweight but that probably helps it heat up faster. You have to use a pot holder or rag to hold it otherwise you'll get burned when it's hot but overall worth it.
