it's a required legal disclaimer for any toy made with parts small enough to possibly be pulled off and choked on (even if they don't come off easily).

How big are the small Shiba puppies?

I did not get the Shiba set. I got the Unicorn Puppies set and I measured the puppies at 4 1/2 inches long from nose to the tip of their long tail and 4 inches tall not counting their unicorn horn. I hope that helps.
