I had 2 AirBake pans for over 20 years and they had finally gotten to the point where I needed to get new ones. I bought some inexpensive ones and didn't like them at all and really wanted another AirBake. I saw this and thought I would give it a try. I love it!! I don't know why I waited so long to get a new one. It's definitely sturdy and washes easily. Cookies come out baked perfectly. I'm thinking about getting another one!

Nice product. Easy to get cookies off if you're using the pans directly. If you want to use parchment paper, there is no direct way of securing it. We did both sugar and oatmeal raisin. Both came out perfect.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s been a struggle trying to bake a large amount of cookies at once with the pans I had until I came across this cookie sheet set. I waited a while to do this review so that I can see how good they are. And let me tell you they saved my life and time lol. They’re super durable, and I know they would last a good while (since I hand wash them). I loooove the fact that my cookies doesn’t stick after they have cooled down. I really would recommend buying this set. :)

The size of the small sheet fit nicely into my counter top oven. I baked the cookies on parchment paper placed on top of the cookie sheet, so it was easy to clean up at the end of the baking session. The reason for one star off is because of the dark color of the metal finish. Dark finishes radiate more heat and brown the food more than a light finish, such as aluminum. I prefer a more delicate browning on my cookies than can be achieved with this dark sheet. That said, the finish evenly heated the pan and the resulting cookies were consistent in color and texture.

I needed new baking pans and these have been outstanding. Quality and value for the money are tops.

This fit my oven after 2 other tries that were less successful. This is constructed like an air pan so that a layer of air is between what you are cooking and the bottom of the sheet. I bade chocolate chip cookies and they literally slid off the pan... superb product.

We always cook on a Blackstone griddle when we're camping. My husband has been experimenting in baking on the griddle top. This fit the bill perfectly for what we needed. Elevates biscuits and cookies so that they don't burn on the surface of the grill so they cook more uniformly. Great size to stash away and fits nicely on the griddle top.

I am still looking to buy it because I have had them before and they are amazing

The pan arrived with a bent corner and dented.The pan seems to be ok, just made cookies which turned out fine.

The larger sheet came bent on a corner. The box wasn't bent so therefore, i must have been packed damaged. It isn't enough to pay to return it and pay postage however, I paid for something new and perfect and was disappointed.
