Lightweight Headset with Surprising Noise-Cancellation!
I use a headset for work every day and I absolutely love this one! When I first took it out of the box I had some issues where the microphone wouldn’t register my voice, but when I downloaded Jabra Direct and plugged my headset into my computer, it updated automatically and has been phenomenal ever since! I use this with both Teams and Zoom, and the swivel-up to mute microphone is so helpful - I use it all the time when I’m walking around on calls and not right next to my computer. The noise-cancellation and microphone quality are also fantastic, I’m always surprised when the leaf blower is going crazy outside my window and it doesn’t affect my calls at all, especially with how light this headset is. Overall, I would say that once I downloaded the update, this has easily become my favorite headset!

Boom Microphone fails eventually
I use a head set for work every day. The previous evolve 75 works great. This one sucks. After a recent firmware update the frequent microphone issues went away until the boom microphone wore out. The ribbon cables in the boom microphone wear out according to my research. First I started hearing loud static while using it, then a day or two later, it stopped working completely. Jabra wouldn’t replace it under warranty because of the seller I used in Amazon. They need to be an authorized seller if you hope the warranty will cover it.

Does the job
Purchased these only to use with VOIP phone calls. I have not used them to listen to music. People complained about previous headsets because I sounded like I was in a tunnel. This can be a network issue but was not an issue when I just used the speaker. Except for one person everyone said this headset with the boom microphone sounded natural. They said my voice sounded normal with no distortions. The Bluetooth seems to stay connected walking a distance away from it. Haven't tested the extremes but you don't have to hover over the connected device. My biggest issue is connecting and disconnecting from a phone or tablet. When a call comes in I want it to flawlessly connect and then at the end easily disconnect. I am getting better at it. I believe there are other headsets that do it more naturally. Some headsets have the on/off switch also setup Bluetooth using the same action depending on the hold time. Did these engineers really use them? This headset has it on the same switch but requires a different direction to enable it. I wish they were different switches but it is a good compromise.Over the ear makes your conversation sound muffled. There are ways to mitigate it. I don't like it but a compromise for being able not to fumble with small buds.

High quality
I recently purchased the PC wireless headset with 8 microphones, and it has been a game-changer for my remote work and gaming sessions. The setup was straightforward, and the headset paired seamlessly with my computer. The audio quality is outstanding. The sound is crisp, clear, and immersive, making it perfect for both professional calls and gaming. The 8 microphones provide excellent noise cancellation, ensuring that my voice is always heard clearly, even in noisy environments. This has significantly improved the quality of my video conferences and online meetings.Comfort is another standout feature of this headset. The ear cushions are plush and breathable, and the adjustable headband ensures a perfect fit for extended use without causing discomfort. The battery life is impressive, lasting for hours on a single charge, which is ideal for long workdays or gaming sessions. The wireless range is also excellent, allowing me to move around my home office without losing connection. The controls on the headset are intuitive and easy to use, enabling quick adjustments to volume and other settings.Overall, this PC wireless headset with 8 microphones has exceeded my expectations. It offers superior sound quality, excellent noise cancellation, and great comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality headset for work or play.

An honest working opinion.
I have quite a few jabra elite products. I have the first generation of this headset which served me very well throughout the entire covid-19 pandemic when I was doing contact tracing efforts. If anything I had one issue in which it got wet And tech support handled it very well.I had assumed ( Major mistake) That this Would have been a much suitable and better upgrade, this has not been the case. The primary complaints I have are.1. The battery life is not fully accurate period if anything I can get about a full day charge, but there are some days to where I can get more days while doing the same thing.2. The microphone on this is terrible. I consistently have issues speaking to others either through my cell phone or through an ipad or through a laptop. I've also had issues in which my microphone with disconnect by itself from the headset.3. The only saving grace I will say is that this is a good music headset, You can adjust the audio levels. And it's noise Canceling functionality Is far superior over the first generation. However that's about it.I have to say, Jabra fumbled on this one pretty bad.
