I bought 4 of these and the watch’s have fallen out of the holders and the have scratched the glass covers on all four of the cases. I have had terrible response from them. Run from this company.

No answer, the knob on the back controls both motors.

Q: What’s included in the package?

The winder and 4 cushioned watch holders that make the size of the watch easy to install in the winder. There is a button on the back with the recommended windings. I use the bi-directional wind setting. It has been perfect for Rolex, Luminox ,Weil, Tag Brietling and Rado automatics.
