I used to put my face inside the the neck rest on top of my backpack on my lap when I’d fall asleep everything fell apart. I even used Velcro one time. When I found this product, I was jumping for joy, and when I used it, it worked like a charm. I slept like a baby. I’m 6‘6“. It’s hard to get comfortable even in business class. I’ll just tell you I write economy often and this product is a godsend. I put my phone on the inside my headphones on and just watch movies in my own little world when I fall asleep, I was comfortable as can be on my last flight. The flight attendant woke me up rubbing my back. I thought it was my mom. It was the weirdest dream. I really don’t sleep that comfortably on airplanes, but this pillow is a game changer. What’s funny is I should be a sales person for this company because so many people have asked me where I got it and I freely send them your way. No affiliation rewards. I just believe in your product.

I used this on a long flight and it was easy to carry and inflate. I used it more as a rest on the window for me to lean against so it wasn't inflated all the way but provided enough for me to feel comfortable.

This is bulky but comfortable. It was not convenient when food/drink services were happening. It was comfy and I slept great!

Adult children warmed right up to them after blowing up. Wife wasn't to thrilled. I cant wait to try hers on the next coast trip. You can play on your phone with your head completely relaxed. That alone was worth the price of admission for me, because going over bumps while staring at your phone works those neck muscles.

This is a great concept and I could definitely used it on the plane, but I didn't realize how plastic like it is therefore when IWoke up my arms and face were burning up. I was not comfortable since I was so hot! It's blows up super duper easy and deflates easier but wish it had a Terry cloth cover or something of the sorts toKeep it cooler to the touch so when u wake up ur in less of an onset , and more of a climate controlled place.

Used on international flights. Does a great job. Lots of ways to position your face/neck/shoulders/arms to get the ZZZZs you need. It feels like it is made well and is NOT flimsy. May account for why it feels a little heavy when deflated and rolled up.

Just delivered yesterday. This will not stay firm after inflating for the first time . With light pressure, the firmness doesn’t last 15 minutes.

Its one of those stupid simple inventions that should have arrived a century ago. I have never been able to sleep at all on an airplane. I wont say that its a substitute for lying down, but its a thousand times better than the traditional neck pillow.I saw one review that the airline did not allow it. I did not have an issue.There are many vendors selling the same thing. I just got the cheapest one at the time. Then I promptly forgot it on the plane. No matter at this price its a lot less than a neck pillow in the airport.
