Jaggery is supposed to be a golden color, this is black
I have purchased this product before with no issues. This time the color of these jaggery balls has turned almost black, its supposed to be a golden color. I did not open the package and wanted to return as is but now being told I cannot return this. I received it on the September 16th, today is September 20th. Not sure why the return does not fit in the return window. Please help.

Mold on jaggery
Full of mold and never in my life I have seen a molded jaggery ever. These are the only only I had to use for a festival and has completely ruined it.I would have given zero rating if there was one.

Product was stale and smelled bad
The product was stale, smelled bad and tasted bad as well. Will not be buying again.

Full of sugar crystals and apparently too shiny
This is nothing when it comes to jaggery.. it looks like 99% sugar mixed in brown color.. very distinctive sugar taste and tiny shiny crystals.. which looks like sugar and taste like sugar. Please stay away from udipi jaggery products..
